Backgrounds

Born on 1st June 1992 in Ipoh, Perak, I completed SPM (2009) at SMK Dato’ Ahmad Said, Ipoh. I obtained a Diploma in Electrical Engineering (2010–2013) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical System Engineering (2013–2016) from Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP). I gained one year of industry experience at Kamaya Electric (M) Sdn. Bhd. (2016–2017) before pursuing a direct PhD programme at UniMAP. I successfully completed my PhD in Electrical System Engineering in November 2025, with research on “Optimized Grasshopper Optimization Algorithm for Global MPP Tracking in Photovoltaic Systems under Mismatch Conditions. Currently, I have started my appointment at Curtin University Malaysia in August 2025.
