Dr. Filbert H. Juwono received the B.Eng. degree in electrical engineering and M.Eng. degree in telecommunication engineering from the University of Indonesia, Depok, Indonesia, in 2007 and 2009, respectively. He obtained his Ph.D. degree from the University of Western Australia, Perth, Australia in 2017. He was the recipient of the Australian Awards Scholarships in 2012. He was a visiting researcher at Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech), China, in 2013. Currently, he serves as an Associate Editor for IEEE Access.
