Terms of Reference
- To develop and maintain the School’s Teaching and Learning Strategy related to taught programmes at Foundation, Undergraduate and Postgraduate level
- To enhance the quality of teaching
- To advise the Dean on facilities required to promote a high quality learning environment
- To review relevant aspects of the School Operational Plan
- To review and advise on potential new programmes of study
- To receive reports from the following Committees and Working Groups and propose actions as appropriate:
- Student Staff Consultative Committee
- Health and Safety Committee
- External Relations Committee
- Accreditation and Audit Working Group
- New Programmes Working Group
- Website and Marketing Group
- To promote and develop Alumni relations for the enhancement of student learning and collection of data on alumni achievement
Frequency of meetings
The Committee meets 4 times per year.
