Chew Ing Ming is presently working as Lecturer in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Science and Engineering, Curtin University Malaysia. He has been involved in teaching since 2011. He has worked as a Unit coordinator and principal lecturer in Electrical systems routinely teaching approximately 200 students transnationally from Malaysia. Presently, he is also pursuing his PhD. Ing Ming has undertaken professional development focusing on key requirements of his unit coordinator role (e.g. use of learning management system, academic integrity, new assessment policy etc). Chew brings his 8 years industry experience as an senior manager and engineer to his teaching where he instills in his students the relevance of their learning and the importance of practical skills to professional practice in the real industry.
