Background

Professor HH Lau joined Curtin Sarawak in 2003. He obtained his Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) and Doctorate of Philosophy from Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom. He was Head of Civil & Construction Engineering Department from 2005 to 2011. Prior to joining Curtin University, Sarawak Campus, he has worked in the consulting industry. He is also a professional engineer (P.Eng), registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
