Background

I joined Curtin University, Malaysia in 2014 as Senior Lecturer. I worked as a design engineer in a civil consultancy firm specialise in road and bridge construction before he became a lecturer at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman. I involved in soft ground improvement, retaining structures, slope stability as well as pile foundation for bridge construction. I also involved in the design and construction of superstructure of bridges. During my PhD study, I worked on tunnelling related project, such as tunnel face stability and tunnelling in expansive soil. I have about 10 years of experience in road and bridge related works. Starting from 2019, I started working on digital construction including building information modelling. Besides, I also involved in agriculture since 2018.
